The Amusement Parks of Lake Garda not to be missed
Gardaland
Gardaland is the largest amusement park and resort in Italy. It's a great place to spend an entire day or several days. The rides and attractions keep the whole family entertained from morning to sunset and the entertainment shows are wonderful too.
Gardaland can be visited every day during the season from April to September, but it also opens its doors for the special Halloween and Magic Winter events.
In Gardaland you can also visit two other theme parks on Lake Garda: the first Legoland water park in Italy and Gardaland Sealife Aquarium, an entirely themed aquarium with 40 pools and over 5,000 creatures representing the fauna of Lake Garda and the seas and oceans around the world.
For a complete experience of the Gardaland parks, you can also choose to stay at the Gardaland Resort which has three themed hotels, as well as themed restaurants and activities to entertain the whole family.
The Gardaland offer also includes Blue Lagoon, a water park on Lake Garda that allows you to enjoy splendid moments of relaxation by the pool.
Caneva World Resort
CanevaWorld Resort offers two theme parks: Movieland Hollywood Park and Caneva Aquapark. These two parks on Lake Garda can be visited on the same day by purchasing a combined ticket or on separate days. Both parks offer a great selection of rides, slides and attractions for the whole family to enjoy for many hours.
The Movieland park allows you to experience all the magic of Hollywood and cinema, while Caneva is probably the most famous water park on Lake Garda, and attractions such as the volcano and the wave pool are among the favorites of young and old.
For a different lunch or dinner, you can go to one of the three on-site restaurants: Rock Star Restaurant with its all-you-can-eat buffet format, Safari Pizza, which offers classic Italian pizza, but with a interactive adventure in the savannah, and Medieval Times, which allows you to dinner, while enjoying a great medieval show.
Adventure Park Rimbalzello Adventure
This Lake Garda adventure park is perfect to visit if you spend time on the western shore of the lake and especially near the town of Salò.
Here are five different routes aimed at children and adults: two are baby trails for children who must be at least 100 cm tall to use them. There is, in addition, an easy and medium course with platforms at a height of two and five meters above the ground respectively.
The most difficult course reaches a height of 15 meters and offers a breathtaking panoramic view, a climbing wall and three zip lines.
The Rimbalzello di Salò Adventure Park is very close to the lakefront so it can be combined with a trip to the beach, a lunch in a nearby restaurant or even a boat trip on the lake.
Flying Frogs Adventure Park
The "Rane Volanti" park is another adventure park on Lake Garda that can be visited during a holiday on the Brescia side of the lake. The park is located in the municipality of Tignale, halfway between Gargnano and Limone sul Garda, two of the most beautiful villages on the lake.
The adventure park is surrounded by lush forests and meadows. It's a peaceful area to relax with a picnic and enjoy one of three aerial trails. Nearby you can visit the Sanctuary of Montecastello which offers splendid views of Lake Garda.
Living Nature Park
Parco Natura Viva is a large zoo-safari park located near the southern shore, within the municipality of Bussolengo and a short distance from the town of Lazise, one of the main tourist destinations of the lake.
Parco Natura Viva offers one of the most important zoological collections in Italy and is also a valuable conservation center for endangered animal species.
